Return a piece

You may return most pieces within 14 days of receiving them. Send us the details below and we will reply within two working days.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the piece described above.

Some pieces are outside both the statutory right of withdrawal and our voluntary return policy, because they are made to your own specifications and cannot be offered to anyone else:

  • bespoke pieces designed for you through private consultation
  • pieces engraved at your request
  • pieces made to measurements or specifications outside our standard options
  • pieces we have resized at your request

You are welcome to examine a piece as you would in a shop. A piece returned with signs of wear, damage or alteration may receive a reduced refund reflecting the loss in value.
